In his last assignment was heading country business for a Fortune 500 company. He is passionate about bringing about a significant change to the country's school education system. A graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, Rachna combines her previous finance & consulting experience with a deep understanding on meaningful experience in education. Tapaswini's research work, for her M.Phil. at Cambridge University and subsequent Ph.D. at JNU, focussed on the role of play in Sushil has over 15 years of corporate management experience across India, Europe and North America with Fortune 500 companies, which he brings into his work as head of faculty for iDiscoveri's enterprise business. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he is currently a visiting faculty in the marketing area there. Sushil's area of interest include personal coaching and individual growth. Anustup's interests are culture change and social enterprise. He has masters degrees in Public Policy from Georgia Tech. and in Education from Harvard. Yogesh has worked in Indian and Asian industries, ranging from financial services, beverages to sports equipment and apparel. A commerce graduate from SRCC, with an MBA from FMS, Delhi, he is a keen sportsman and outdoor enthusiast. After 14 years of teaching and working as curriculum advisor and Vice Principal in a school, Shil is now committed to making learning enjoyable. She has training certifications from the Institute of Training & Development, UK and the NTL, Maine, USA and also has a diploma in handling children with special needs.
