Roles |

1. |
Education Officer (EO):
Education Officers will be thinking and action-oriented
general managers leading iDiscoveri's work in education, based
out of state capitals. EOs combine knowledge (or appreciation)
of education with ability to manage a business to build
knowledge relationships and business in their state. An MBA
who seeks socially relevant work and has interest in
education; alternately, a former teacher/educationist who has
some sales and management experience will be ideal. 5-7 years
experience, preferably from a top b-school and/or high-quality
work experience including the sales function. |

2. |
Brand Manager (BM): iDiscoveri
has several exciting education brands which reach out to
children, adults, schools, and institutions. Seek young
trained brand managers with rare combination of thinking and
execution skills. Relevant experience in high quality
multinational (e.g. P&G, Unilever, Cadbury etc ) is essential
with competencies in marketing plan development, market
research, concepts, innovations, and execution both above and
below the line. 5-7 years experience. |

3. |
Consulting Advocacy Manager
(CAM): Will be responsible for advocacy and business
development for both arms of our corporate training and
consulting education businesses. A seasoned corporate
business-to-business sales professional, with a proven track
record of sales in products/ services with long sales cycles
with CXO level executives as key customers, who is seeking a
space to make a true difference and be part of a team that's
building an institution. Startup experience will be an
advantage. Could be located at any major city in India. 5-10
years experience. |

4. |
Education Sales Managers &
Associates (ESM): Education Sales Managers will be young
professionals with a talent for sales and interest in
education. They will be responsible for revenues from key
geographies. ESMs will be responsible for customer contact and
revenue generation from the schools space in their
geographies. |

5. |
Finance Manager (FM): iDiscoveri
is gearing for the next stage of growth and needs an energetic
and focussed manager to lead finance and accounts. Solid
qualification (CA plus ICWA or CS preferable) with established
skills in MIS, statutory compliances, and managing teams.
International exposure desirable. 6-8 years experience with at
least one stint in a multinational. |

Human Resource Manager (HRM):
iDiscoveri has a unique culture which need to be nourished yet
policies, systems, and best-in-class practices need to be
introduced. Young, sharp HR manager with 6 years + experience
and clear competencies in recruitment, compensation and
benefits, and policy management. |

Training Roles |

7. |
School Curriculum Designer
(SCD): Subject matter experts who create and review
educational content for preschool to Grade 8. Applicants
should have a strong academic track record, deep subject
matter expertise, creativity, an interest in innovative
teaching methods, and an ability to read, write and research.
Teaching experience is not a requirement. |

8. |
Curriculum Project
Leader (CPL): Dynamic leaders who manage the quality and
process on content creation projects. The role will involve
managing a team of creators and reviewers to deliver quality
work within project timelines. An ability to manage people and
timelines, a keen eye for quality, a strong academic
background, and an understanding of good education are
essential. |

9. |
Teacher and Leadership Trainer
(TLT): Experienced facilitators who have led training programs
for teachers and school heads on pedagogical skills,
curriculum implementation and instructional leadership. Group
facilitation skills, engaging personality, relevant schools
experience and willingness to travel are essential
requirements. |

10. |
Leadership Education Faculty
(LEF): Deliver enterprise education programs at locations
across India and abroad. An individual with 10+ years of
corporate experience in any domain, who has a hunger for
learning and a flair for teaching. Previous people development
and or teaching experience will be a distinct advantage. Could
be located across any major city in India and be willing to
travel. |

11. |
Outdoor Education Specialist
(OES): Lead the delivery of outdoor experiential programs for
youth. Passion for nature, sensitivity towards children,
certified skills in conducting adventure-based experiences and
managing safety standards are essential requirements. |
