The powerful 7-day program comprises of 2 modules:

The first 3 day module creates awakening among teachers through a series of reflective and experiential activities. With liberal borrowings from the works of eminent educationists like Hawkins, Levy, Sri Aurobindo among others, this experience helps participants to re-focus on their personal commitment to teaching and learning.

The second module then helps the awakening from the first module to be put to use in the classroom. Using Piaget’s concept of child development and Gardener’s theory of multiple intelligences, this module actually helps her to implement child centered learning in the class room. Novel approaches like concept mapping, collaborative learning, tools for assessment etc. are also provided to the participants. The program can be tailored to the needs of Early/Junior School, Middle School or Senior School.
