"I have been an iDiscoveri learner for four years now. The programs allowed me to step away, introspect and create an action plan - a great way to scale new heights." |

| Alife is designed specifically to help young adults to take charge of their work-life and develop better relationships. |
| Many young men and women find themselves stretched between the demands of professional ambitions and the search for fulfilment in life. "I am not in the driver's seat," they say, "when at work and in my relationships." Academics, career, travel and socialising offer little time to take a step back, reflect and rediscover meaning. We designed Alife to enable young adults to take charge of their life script. And we wanted to make it an unforgettable experience. |
| Emotional literacy is the building block for the Alife experience. It engages the whole being of the learner-mind, body and soul. The mode of learning is a combination of outdoor challenge, personal reflection and sharing with a like-minded group of new acquaintances. |
Involves group and personal exercises that deeply touches the emotional being. |
Introduction to a new vocabulary of knowing and managing oneself. |
| The course focuses on three key 'habits' of a fulfilling life: |
| 1. Self Awareness |
| Inquiring within oneself. |
| 2. Success Seeking |
| Approaching life and work with hope and optimism. |
| 3. Supporting Relationships |
| Going beyond one's interests into the space of others- empathy, trust and interdependence. |
