iDiscoveri: Unleashing the full potential of every mind.

Founded by alumni of Harvard University and XLRI, a leading graduate school in India, iDiscoveri is a learning, teaching and research organization that works at making learning more experiential and meaningful. We develop and disseminate a curriculum that focuses on experience and self-discovery and guides people towards realizing their potential. We are dedicated to filling the gaps in education in economically emerging societies, notably India.

Over twelve thousand people have experienced iDiscoveri. Over 90% of them found the program to be a ‘true life-event'.

Since 1996, iDiscoveri has delivered hundreds of experiential learning programs for diverse audiences at our spectacular campuses in the central Himalayas and in urban schools. In addition to our core work with children, we create people development programs for some leading corporations. The iDiscoveri way of learning has been experienced by over 10000 children and over 5000 corporate executives from Fortune-500 corporations.

Focus on what makes each person unique

We believe that each person has a special reason to be. We enable EACH individual to discover their true passion; have the knowledge and skills to realize it; possess a discipline to marshal their skills purposefully; and finally be able to connect with themselves and the world around in a constructive manner.

Experience, Emotions and Engagement

Our method is driven by activities and experiences (not just classrooms and books).

Carefully designed challenging experiences that are outside one’s usual zone-of-comfort followed by intense personal reflection help generate deep personal learning.

In instilling learning, we are able to consistently go beyond thoughts and rationality in to the powerful world of emotions– the principal differentiator between ordinary and exceptional performances.

We bring a productive blend of Eastern Philosophy and Western Thought that places deep emphasis on appreciating the nature and culture.

At the forefront of experiential education

Our faculty members are recognized practitioners in behavioral science, outdoor experience, international management, and strategy. They deliver learning experiences that power a lasting change in participants. As empathetic listeners, expert facilitators, and engaging personalities, they seek to bring out the best in each learner.

Certified outdoor instructors. Caring hosts. Competent professionals.

Empathetic listeners, Expert facilitators, and Engaging personalities

You could not be in better hands.
