iDiscoveri is a social enterprise with a mission to renew education in India. iDiscoveri was founded in 1996 and is now a leading enterprise in the spaces of school education, enterprise leadership development and outdoor education. iDiscoveri continues to innovate on its cutting edge curriculum and teaching methods and is poised for significant scale up across India and other countries.

A TEAM WITH PEDIGREE AND PASSION
iDiscoveri is a growing collective of exceptional individuals who combine a deep personal interest in education and solid expertise in psychology, curriculum design, teaching methods, organizational leadership and outdoor education. Many of them are alumni of leading institutions like Harvard, Cambridge, IIM, MIT, and XLRI. Our management team has played leadership roles in corporate workplaces like Procter & Gamble, Boston Consulting Group and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

THREE DOMAINS OF WORK - SCHOOLS, ENTERPRISE AND OUTDOORS:
iDiscoveri impacts three critical areas of education:

School Education: We partner with schools across the country to raise the bar of how children learn and how teachers teach, through XSEED - a comprehensive platform for student curriculum, assessment, teacher education, instructional leadership. We also work on custom education projects with governments and private foundations. We also run iDiscoveri Pre-schools.

Enterprise Leadership: We work with leading corporations to elevate the quality of their leadership and impact their business results through 'Crucible' - a sustained intervention of training, executive coaching and action projects. We also run the iSynergy program for building effective teams.

Outdoor Education: We work with children aged 8 -17 to instill confidence for life through Youreka! An adventure-based summer program that combines experiential learning in the outdoors with relevant life skills.
